Julie Campilio struggled with an anxiety and attention deficit disorder since she was a child. Yoga and mindfulness helped her overcome years of panic attacks and medication, so she founded Radiant Beginnings Yoga to help others focus naturally and manage stress in their own lives.
She started her kids yoga journey while teaching in 2008. She saw an immediate change in students who were having difficulty self-regulating and managing stress. Watching students shift from anxious, impulsive and unfocused to calm and focused is what drove her to share holistic self-coping strategies through yoga and mindfulness. She is using yoga and mindfulness strategies to increase focus, attention, self- awareness and self-regulation.
Julie has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in schools to ages 3-20 for ten years. During this time she had the opportunity to work in many underserved schools, working predominantly with at-risk youth. Over the years she collaborated with physical education and classroom teachers to implement yoga into the school environment. Julie has worked with therapists, social workers, school psychologists, and researchers to create effective and therapeutic material geared around social and emotional health. She leads professional development and trainings around the country. It is her mission to empower people from all over the world to develop a tool kit for stress management that they can use throughout their lives.
Julie is committed to learning and growing. Some of her trainings include Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Vinyasa Yoga, Reiki, Trauma for Professionals and Yoga for Anxiety and Depression.

Samantha has had a love for yoga since she was 12 years old. She began practicing to stay limber as a cheerleader and focused as a student. Her practice began to grow each year throughout high school and college to help manage anxiety. Not finding her bliss on the East coast, she found herself in Colorado sharing her love of yoga with children. She now teaches youth yoga and stress-management through in-school enrichment programs. She also leads workshops and teacher trainings. Her intention is to empower children to live authentically & mindfully and to help give adults the tools to spread the joy of yoga to the children in their lives.
Samantha became a Karuna Reiki Master in 2012, and completed her 200 hour RYT certification through The University of Maryland Medical School. She received her children’s yoga certification through Radiant Beginnings in Denver, CO
