Radiant Beginnings mindfulness videos are for anyone looking to manage their stress holistically. We have created a versatile platform to reach all ages and demographics. Our mission is to spread more mindfulness around the world in an accessible way.
Each five minute segment guides participants through a series of mental and physical (optional) exercises to increase focus, self-control, attitudes and self-awareness. By focusing on breath, body and mind, we strive to create an environment where both child and adult feel relaxed and ready to take on the challenges of the day.
The combination of body scans, breath and imagination will destress and increase social/emotional learning in each participant. These guided relaxations are designed for classrooms, homes, corporations, therapeutic environments or anywhere there is a need for holistic stress relief and focus.
All Audio/Videos are designed for ages 5-105.

self regulate, build social-emotional learning and reduce stress.

We offer different types of guided relaxations:
General Audio: Use your imagination while being guided on a mind adventure to a place that allows you to relax.
Anxiety Relief: By using your imagination, you create a safe space to let all your worries and fears disappear with the help of your breath and imagination. Eachrecording offers a tool for anxious/stressful moments so you can rid anxiety before it overwhelms you.
Audio/Visual: For learners who don’t like to close their eyes, we created an experience just for you! These guided relaxations are accompanied by beautiful visuals to help support you in the relaxation process. We worked with founder and therapist Robin Glenn MA, LPC, CSC, CAC of Base Education to create trauma informed, teen friendly audio tracks.
