Our video platform hosts 5 minute self-regulation videos and audio guided relaxations. Each lesson builds upon the next sharing techniques for deep breathing, mindfulness and guided relaxation for the entire class to enjoy together, including the teacher! Students and teachers learn techniques to bring with them into their day and beyond, ultimately creating a mindful community. After using the videos 3 times a week for 8 weeks we found an increase in self-regulation, self-awareness, focus and test taking.
Our audio recordings combine body scans, breath and imagination to destress and increase social/emotional learning in each participant.
